Software developer (m/f/d) for embedded systems ARM microcontrollers (bare metal)

With focus on protocol and application implementations in C for STM32 Cortex-M4 microcontrollers, mainly KNX related

Your tasks

  • Conception and realisation of new software modules

  • Development of embedded software for ARM microcontrollers, especially STM32 Cortex-M4 microcontrollers without operating system

  • Software verification and documentation

  • Programming in C, rarely assembler and C# for tools and tests

  • Further development of software stacks in the range of KNX

  • If suitable low-level implementation of RF- or Bluetooth protocols (e.g. KNX-RF with SX1276 or S2LP,  Bluetooth with BlueNRG)

  • Agile work in a small team

What you have to offer

  • In-depth experience in embedded systems and ARM respectively STM32 microcontrollers

  • Experience with SPI, UART, DMA, NVIC, Protocol development

  • Experience with KNX, Radio Frequency, Bluetooth and USB are an advantage

  • Several years of experience in programming with C

  • Experience in handling embedded development environments (Visual Studio with VisualGDB and GCC)

  • Good German and English knowledge, both spoken and written

  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, communication and solution finding
