Terms and Conditions for the Light + Building 2026 competition
We, ise Individuelle Software und Elektronik GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "ise", are giving away the products listed below. By participating in the prize draw, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions and responsibility for content.
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is:

2. Prizes
The winner may choose one of the following three products:
- SMART CONNECT KNX e-charge II
- SMART CONNECT KNX Remote Access
- KNX RF Multi entry package (consisting of KNX RF Multi radiator thermostat, KNX RF Multi media coupler or RF repeater, and KNX RF Multi USB interface)
Cash payment or substitution of the prize is excluded.
3. How to Participate
Participation involves three steps:
- The participant takes a creative photo (e.g., a selfie, group photo, or product photo) at the ise GmbH exhibition stand at Light + Building 2026.
- The participant publishes this photo on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn using the hashtag #iseSmartHome. Additionally, the official ise GmbH channel must be tagged and followed.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all participants who meet the aforementioned criteria after the trade fair.
4. Promotional Period
The prize draw runs from 8 – 14 March 2026. The winners will be drawn on 16 March 2026 and notified by us.
5. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older. A public profile on the respective platform (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) is required so that the entry can be viewed by the Organiser.
6. Determination of Winners
Winners will be determined by the Organiser through an independent random draw.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified directly via the message function of the respective platform (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn).
8. Claiming the Prize
Upon notification, the winner will be asked to provide their contact details and their choice of product. The prize will be sent by post.
9. Failure to Respond
If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period (7 days), ise reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
10. Reservation Clause
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time in the event of technical problems or legal obstacles.
11. Data Protection
The responsible body is ise Individuelle Software und Elektronik GmbH. We use your data (social media handle, photo, and address in the event of a win) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. By participating, you agree that your name and submitted photo may be published by us in the event of a win. You may object to this processing at any time (sales@ise.de), which will, however, result in the termination of your participation in the prize draw.
12. Miscellaneous
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize claims are non-transferable. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
13. Release of Social Media Platforms
This prize draw is in no way connected to, sponsored, endorsed, or organised by Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or LinkedIn. Information is provided to the Organiser, not to the social media platforms.
